Step 4: Understand Your Talent

See level distributions across your organization, identify where your team is strong and where gaps exist. The competency heatmap shows dimension-level breakdowns so you can spot patterns at a glance.

Drag team members onto the 9-box talent grid to calibrate performance and potential. Filter by level to compare peers. Use it in calibration sessions to align leadership on talent decisions.
